Maçarico Fish Marinade 200g – Portuguese Tempero para Peixe

Maçarico Tempero para Peixe is a ready-made Portuguese marinade for fish and seafood, made with vegetables, red pepper paste and aromatic herbs.

Rub it over whole fish, fillets, prawns or squid, leave for 20 to 30 minutes, then grill, pan-fry or bake. It works especially well on sardines, sea bream (dourada), cod and salmon, and it's a shortcut to the flavor of a Portuguese seaside churrasqueira.
