Milaneza Stelline, known as estrelinha (little stars), is a tiny star-shaped soup pasta made from 100% durum wheat semolina.
It's the pasta many Portuguese children grow up eating in canja and light broths. It cooks quickly, stays tender and gives soup a comforting texture. Milaneza has been making pasta in Portugal since 1933.
