Delta Cevada Instant is 100% instant barley, the caffeine-free Portuguese staple. Stir it into hot water or milk and it's ready.
Cevada is what many Portuguese children drink instead of coffee, and what their grandparents drink after dinner. It's toasty and mild, without coffee's bitterness.
Use one or two teaspoons per cup. Prefer to brew it? Delta also makes a ground cevada.
