SerraMel Wild Lavender Honey (Mel de Rosmaninho) – Portuguese Honey

SerraMel Mel de Rosmaninho is a Portuguese honey made by bees foraging on wild lavender (rosmaninho) in some of the country's most untouched regions, from Serra da Malcata to the hills of Alentejo, the Algarve and north toward Trás-os-Montes.

Produced using traditional methods, it has a delicate floral aroma and a smooth, gentle sweetness. Rosmaninho honey is one of Portugal's most prized varieties.
